Your YouTubeChannel - Follow-On

The very nice thread Introduce Yourself And Your Youtube Channel has timed out, here is a continuation.

Many of us use ShotCut for our YouTube channels; this is the new meet-and-greet thread.

I will start with my son’s channel, of which I am the editor.

I’ve been doing Youtube videos for about 3 years, mainly fishing videos or fishing related videos. I still remember stumbling onto Shotcut a couple years ago, and spending a long rainy weekend watching tutorial videos over and over again. Shotcut has made such a difference for me, I’m so thankful I found it.

Hey guys,

I’m Can from Germany living in Perú working with a non-profit I co-founded.
I’m pretty new to video editing and love Shotcut for it’s easiness yet powerful features.
So thanks for this great piece of software!!

I just started a side channel where I want to post tutorials and whatever comes up and makes sense. The first one happens to be a Shotcut tutorial explaining how to make those Instagram/Facebook viral inspired videos with progressbar

Our main channel is at only so latest video “Muffin like Banana – Fruit Taste Test” is made using Shotcut, before that we used iMovie and Android Apps

Would love to get some feedback

I suppose I can post here now since there’s a reasonable amount of content to view. The channel that takes up most of my time is Autistamatic. It’s a channel devoted to Autistic advocacy and explaining the truth about autism from an insider’s perspective to both other people on the spectrum and those outside. Thanks to Shotcut I’ve been able to work to production values that exceed most of the other advocacy channels on Youtube, and whilst it’s still early days yet, the feedback I’ve received has been massively positive
