What transition effects

I have a couple of newbie questions. First, what type of transition effects does Shotcut have? In particular I am looking for blurred dissolve, which swips and blurs one scene into the next. Also blur zoom.
Secondly, does Shotcut support plugins, which would allow third parties to develop their own transition effects?

Thanks. I had a look. There is indeed a cross zoom blur transition, but I did not see any dissolve blur. (This is example of dissolve blur: https://youtu.be/7yf5xqTBCv8?t=107)

Smooth blur in transition

Hey i just recently started using shotcut and I really like it. And I was wondering if you guys could add a Smooth blurry zoom in zoom out transition. I know theres already a zoom in and zoom out transition but its less blurry, If you search up ‘Amv zoom out transition’ on youtube you’ll know what i mean or is there already a way to do it?

Making a ZOOM motion blur is easier than a sideways motion blur transition. Hope these threads help.

Unfortunately, none of them are really the same as the effect that I linked to. I guess I’ll just have to make do with what’s there.
