Transitions and Effects in Shotcut

I want to know how many transitions are available in Shotcut ?
Does it include some transitions that are used by profesionals this days ?
Is there way to create own transitions and add it to Shotcut ?

There are many listed at the bottom of our Resources page that do not require add-ons or procedures. You just download and use it with Custom in the transition Properties or Mask: From File filter.
