But when I type in “00003610” in ShotCut, it goes to “00:02:24:10”. The same result is when I type in “3610”.
What is the logic here?

3610 would be frames of the Video Mode fps setting.

Also another thing that is actually feature request. It would be very handy to go forward or backward exactly how much a user wants by typeing plus or minus sign before timecode.

Hotkey to skip ahead at least 1 minute at a time

I have long audio files that I want to edit. I would like to be able to skip forward 1, 2,3 minutes per hotkey. Like you currently have forward and back 1,2,5,10 seconds, I would like for minutes. Perhaps you could make the forward/back user configurable. Another possible way to do this would be a function to set markers every XXXX seconds.
