Timeline timecode logic

I am old Final Cut Pro user. When I wanted to go to exact timeline point, like for exactly “00:00:36:10”, I had to type in “00003610” or just “3610”
But when I type in “00003610” in ShotCut, it goes to “00:02:24:10”. The same result is when I type in “3610”.
What is the logic here?

Also another thing that is actually feature request. It would be very handy to go forward or backward exactly how much a user wants by typeing plus or minus sign before timecode.

3610 would be frames of the Video Mode fps setting.
