I happened upon a sightseeing video and was drawn to a focal âtarget.â
Increase the resolution to 4K to see it better. The point is, âwe have more detail,â but where ?
It may look very nice, but I canât imagine a person fumbling with the controlsđ¤šââď¸ and apparently, not all TVs allow you to zoom in .
So I donât know, I donât particularly like âpanoramicâ videos, âFULL FRAMEâ

I was talking to two people who, from their perspective, thought the DJI OSMO POCKET offered âbetter quality.â I always refuted this.
I agree that unrivaled stabilization is ultimately very pleasing to the eye, although I donât think itâs enough on its own .
I have hundreds of examples, but letâs compare a shot, in the same location under virtually identical conditions.
//DJI OSMO POCKET :

//Lumia 830
1280x720, 24 FPS, 10 Mb/s â H.265/HEVC

a lot of noise in the image
a lack of detail
it struggled in low light
the audio was terrible
Not to mention that, when it any time, the head would spin wildly and it couldnât be calibrated.
Crop: Source removes rows or columns of pixels from the edges of the source video or image before the image is scaled and padded to match the current Video Mode . When cropping, selection is centered to the Video Mode because padding is used to maintain the aspect ratio and prevent the image from appearing stretched or squished. I am new to Shotcut and hope that this isnât too redundant but I canât seem to figure it out:
I have a 720 x 480 video with black bars on both sides and top and bottom. I was trying to use a crop rectangular filter to eliminate the bars on both sides and then export the resulting video back out at a 1920 x 1080 resolution. When I export the file, the resulting video still has the same black bars that the original had. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but maybe there is no way to crop a 72âŚ
