i would like a customizable settings for a video with motion blur aka resampling
some games i record are 120 to 240 fps with motion blur on and i wanna have a resampling option make the motion blur smoother if anyone can help find it if it already exists or maybe if this isnt a feature make it into one

Limitations
It can only be added onto clips with NO B-frames. If you try to add it to such a clip, it shows the Convert to Edit-friendly dialog.
