It would be nice if multiple marked clips from a single timeline could be exported at once, creating separate files based on the name specified in the markers.
Presently each marker has to be exported individually.

I agree.
I suggested this along with other ideas back a few months ago:
Brian said here to make suggestions list for Markers after the beta thread for the last version. So here I am making one.
And last week someone suggested something very similar:
Is possible to append all the markers to playlist?
I’d like to use this to export all the markers I’ve created using the “Export each playlist item” method.
