Set these properties in the Video Mode before you open any of your video clips. Do NOT set those values in the Advanced Export settings.
If you are an advanced user, you can change those properties in the Advanced Export settings. However, changing those settings can cause problems if they are not just right. I would encourage you to try to find an export preset that is close to your original files and use that.
