The dropdown “preset” of the filter “Size, position & rotate” has contents in german language, when settings > language = english (Great Britain) or english (US), and system language = german (windows 8.1).
There are two lines “default” in this dropdown (one in english, one in german).
You can delete the ones you do not want based on current Shotcut Settings > Language. The preset framework is rather dumb and creates files in the app data directory for both stock and custom. It does not delete files when you change language because it does not know the names of each translation of every stock preset. I am not tell you this to say it is not a bug but rather to give an interim workaround to cleaning it up if you want.
