bug appeared when I downloaded and tried to intall : 26.8.1

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
Downloaded version 26.8.1 through this button :
Once downloaded, clicked on the intaller in my Downloads in the Explorer,
and gave administrator right to do its magic on my computer
then when tried to open the software, this error appeared, and software cannot be opened. and this window repeats 3 times in total when I click on OK or the cross to close it, and nothing happens
