It seems to me that this has already been reported to @Shotcut in another post.

I found the post in question.

Crop:Rectangle - Size/Position double click to select

Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 Shotcut Version 21.01.29 Problem is repeatable: Add Crop: Rectangle filter to a clip Double click position or size field to select value. Item is not selected/highlighted This is a really minor bug, but hopefully an easy one to tidy up.
