Shotcut version 18.06.02 exports text created with the text filter as square symbols (see screenshots). This happens in both the x64 and 32bit version. GPU effects is disabled. What am I missing?

Is it possible you don’t have the font you attempted to use not installed on your computer?

I tried Arial and Verdana both to the same effect. I tried it on three different machines. One Windows 7 and two Windows 10. I thought it may be a language problem since they all run the German version of Windows but the Fonts folder is the same regardless of language C:\Windows\Fonts
