Tab icons moving

Hello,

Is it possible to move tab icons of every window frame from the bottom to the top???
Or better to make this feature possible for user to redefine…
I like to use Keyframes tab in one frame with Timeline but this grouping breaks ability of horizontal scroll to be at maximum bottom. I also like to use a fast scroll by just moving cursor to bottom and roll up scroll button. And now, when I grouped tabs in one frame it’s impossible.

You didn’t understand me. I want the Tab icons (Keyframes & Timeline) to be at the top, not at the bottom.
