Where is the Override frame rate option???

In step #4 they should have mentioned that in properties, you need to click on the Convert… button to find these options…
A popup window will open. Click the Advanced button and you will find the Override frame rate and Frame rate conversion options.
After you click OK, your original clip will be converted and replaced in the Timeline by the converted version.
