This setting is only available on Windows and Linux. Shotcut uses OpenGL technology to draw its user interface and display video. OpenGL is typically implemented in the GPU of your computer and its driver in the operating system. If you want more help, I strongly suggest that you provide more information. At the very least say what operating system and Shotcut version you are using. Also, there is no guarantee it will work on your computer.
