Shotcut edited MY clips

I was editing a video when shotcut randomly started to move around my clips and remove half of my video (30min) and now i’ve lost 5 hours of work thanks to shitty shotcut and I don’t know what to do.
My files is not in autosave.

Auto Save feature

After two hours of producing one of my best videos thus far Shotcut “Not Responding” and I lost all of that time. I learned a very valuable lesson however I keep forgetting to hit the save button while I am in creative mode. I am accustomed to other products such as word, etc in which there is an autosave feature. Is there an autosave mechanism in Shotcut so this doesn’t happen again? Thanks.

You are not including nearly enough information while also being rude and insulting. We can not help other than to say upgrade, learn, try again, go slower and check your results.
