Rich Text dose not consider text direction

When I add a rich text filter, and write a text in Kurdish (unicode RTL), then I want to change the system lang to Arabic, to change the direction to RTL, but when I select Arabic nothing is cahnged.

I checked this post Arabic writing is not correct - Help/How To - Shotcut Forum, but it looks like TEXT:HTML is no longer available on the filter list.

Appreciate if there is a fix, or the dev guys kindly fix it so the Tich Text consider Direction on language system selection.
