Hello - I would like to use the reverse function - unfortunately the function breaks off with an xml error -> Error: the job XML is empty!
Sounds like it’s the same as this.

As @hudson suggested in the link:-
Workaround: Use the Portable version of 20.09.27 .
Run the reverse clips you need through the Portable version.
If using Windows, look for 
Or install a multiple version directly to reverse files, then open the reversed video in the current version.
Already fixed for the next version 20.11 for which you can install the beta.
