I noted the “fix” is to revert to an earlier version. Any idea how long this will take to resolve?

I do not experience this. Can you share a screenshot? Also, please provide information about your Shotcut version and operating system.
This was discussed in the forum last June. I have reverted to the 1222 version so I do not have a screen shot.

Yes, that is the post. I have reverted to the 1222 version so I do not have a screen shot. I am on a Macbook Pro (2012) running Catalina 10.15.7.
