Non-fluid video generated with shotcut

The file generated by Shotcut is slightly saccaded, non-fluid (mp4). Configuration: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0001nf, Intel® Core ™ i5-8250U, 8 GB of memory, Intel® UHD 620 graphics card, 256 GB SSD drive. Current Version: 19.08.16. video generated in 1920 x 1080. I agree that on the TL it is not fluid, but I do not understand why HERE it is the generated file is not correct.

You probably created your project with the wrong frame rate. See Video Mode in the docs.

Hello. Thank’you for your answer. I regenerated a new version in 1920x1040 in 59.94ips. The video generated is still not fluid by viewing the .mp4 file on my laptop (core i5, 8th generation, 8GB of memory)
on the video https://youtu.be/7apD5ioEKXg. It can be seen when the train of metro enters station (3mn14). This same sequence on a test video https://youtu.be/N-W0YY5vZfE at the 20th second is fluid. The input files are the same! Is there no element in the .mlt file that causes this problem ?

I think the problem you may see is that pans in shooting are choppy at low frame rates (less than 50) and maybe your source is interlace. When Shotcut converts interlace to progressive it does not double the frame rate, and 50i becomes 25p.
