Newbie: Why doesn't my saved white balance filter work?

Just started using Shotcut a couple of days ago, and have very little video editing experience, so all I’m trying to do right now is trim, adjust brightness, and adjust white balance–and already I’ve hit a snag. My phone videos typically need the same adjustment to their white balance (at least in low light), so I set a WB filter’s values, then saved it. Seemed simple. However, when I opened my next phone video, selected WB filter, then selected my saved values in Preset, the video screen went black:

I’m obviously missing something very simple, but I have no idea what.

I reproduced.

Although the right neutral color is saved in the custom preset, when the preset is re-used, the neutral color is set to black (#000000)

Thanks for your report. This is fixed for the next release.
