My system lag when playing videos

Hello, first of all thank you for this amazing software.
But I face issues when e.g. make a transition and then playing the video, the video lag and I can’t see if the transition looks good.

I have seen many tutorials on YouTube and their videos doesn’t lag after creating a loop or generally make transitions etc.

Here is my laptop specs:
Model: Lenovo IdeaPad Y700-15ISK
Intel Core i7 6700HQ - 8GB RAM - 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD - 4GB VGA - Windows 10

My question is do you guys have all of you any super computers? Is there any setting to work this out?

Really need some help here.
