I’ve just recently downloaded and have been messing around with shotcut, but it seems as though the “Stabilize” filter and the “Normalize Two Pass” filters have disappeared. I have tried expanding the list by clicking on the video/audio filter lists, but only these two filters appear to be missing.
Disable GPU processing and the filters will come back.
How would I do this? I’m running this on Windows, if that makes any difference. Thanks!
Just found it in settings. It was already off
If GPU is off then those filters are available when there is a video on the timeline and it is selected.
I should explain this better.
If you add a blank video track to the time line then the audio filter Normalize One pass is available but the stabilize filter is not available.
When you put a video clip on the timeline then the stabilize filter becomes available and in the audio filters Normalize one pass and Normalize two pass both become available.
This tutorial might help.
