Metadata date might be datetime

While export in Metadate tab there is Date field.

  1. I suggest to call it not “Date” but “datetime” and allow to use time also.

  2. If user have datetime in clipboard and past in this field but format is wrong then Shotcut should automatically adopt datetime to Shotcut format (in case where it is possible). For example 2026.12.27 or 27 Jan 2026 should be converted to 2026-12-27. This is what we call user-friendly style

It is not our choice or in our control. If you want to paste a full ISO date/time string (or the too many other ways people can enter dates and times) then it adds way too much complication for a field that instead has a data entry pattern in order to guide users to enter something valid and usable.

The typical user case is using ffprobe for one for original video and copy creation_time, for example, 2016-07-22T02:22:27.000000Z to shotcut’s Date field.

They are not the same.
