Is it possible to speed up or slow down inside the same clip without having to cut the clip?

Hi, how do you guys slow down or speed up inside the same clip without cutting it and then slowing down on differerent clips? I cant seem to find a way. I am just a beginner anyway but really enjoying Shotcut. Thanks for your help

Time Remap Filter

The Time Remap filter is the first filter that allows altering the timing of the underlying source clip. It maps clip time to output time.
