How to Screen orbit

I’ve seen some videos showcasing software where they do a fancy orbit or pan around a virtual screen of a screen recording which features a sort of corner pin for perspective transform and also a blur effect at the periphery. See here:

I can do similar with the available filters, but I’m wondering if any of you have done similar, or even better, and if you’re willing to share the secret sauce to a really good one.

I don’t think there is a perspective transform filter for Shotcut.

For the non perspective panning and zooming, use the Size, Position & Rotate filter and enable keyframes and set different values for position and zoom at different points along your clip to create the dynamic effect you’re seeking.

Corner Pin Video Filter
