How to record/re-record video in REVERSE?

So, I have a 4-minute video, but I want to REVERSE it with SHOTCUT and then save the file as MP4 in H.264 format. Can this be done? Can someone show me how?
AND can the final file be used on a Blu-ray disc and also be used on a USB drive on the USB input on the bluray player?
