How to export in 4k 60fps?

Hello there! I have just shot a video in 4k 60fps on my iphone 11. I would like to know if it’s possible to also export in that quality as all the other videos I’ve shot on the same phone (at HD 60fps) have (seemingly) dropped in quality after exporting. Is there a setting I need to change? Thank you!
