How can I put an effect on multiple clips after a spesific time

On davinci resolve, I was able to put an adjustmen clip on the timeline then I was selecting a time interval on that adjustment clip. Then I was putting all my effects to that adjustment clip and my effects was working on the multiple clips at the certain time interval. Is this possible at shotcut? I know there is a output/master that affects all the clips but How am I gonna do that at certaain time interval.

There is no adjustment layer in this program, but any filter can be set the time when it starts working and when it stops working. Placing a filter on the output track and limiting it in time can be an alternative to an adjustment layer, but these limits need to be adjusted on a filter-by-filter basis.
