How can i fix this export error?

I did read some of the already existing topics and did what ever solved the problem there, but it didnt fixed mine.
after 3 new installings with and without antivirus, and putting parallel off and stuff i still get same results,
i use shotcut for years almost every week i do videos always same style.
but today i get this error. all the time.

Commonly, people will observe the timecode where the export fails, then, go to that same time in their timeline and look at what filters or transitions are being applied. Try changing or removing filters at the point where the export failure occurs.

A recent post with that same error was using a .png file with an alpha channel. After removing the alpha channel, the export succeeded:

Another recent post had a transition that was causing the problem. After removing the transition, the export succeeded:

I have Windows 10. I am currently using the 64-bit version. I have tried to export a short video but it is not exporting properly. I have tried to export the video multiple times and tried to make a copy of the .mlt file. I have uploaded the log of the last attempt. log.txt (4.2 KB)

i read all the “solved” things and tried it, did not work.

and its not like i used filter like before.
i just import a videofile. cut it in half and want to export it
no filter no speed ups. nothing.
