Does anyone know how I how I get neon text on my video for without my video being blurred and bright with glow? Here a picture what I am talking about.

As a follow up to this discussion , here’s my attempt at creating a neon text effect.
NOTE: This is ONE way to do it, if anyone have a better method, feel free to add it to this discussion.
To reproduce the effect, download and study this MLT file:

I used the Neon 80s font, available for free on dafont.com
I have find a way to put neon text in my video anyways thxs.
