If you haven’t added neon text on Shortcut. Can you consider on maybe add to Shotcut? Thank you.

It can already be done. You need to learn to apply the filters necessary in a manner to produce that effect. We will not be making a filter dedicated to this. Someone can make an example project and upload it to our #resources category.
