Hi. I use this program on my main pc, and there I have customized and saved several filter settings (sharpen, levels, blur, etc). But recently I bought another pc to use it also to edit with shotcut, to use it as if I was working on my main pc; but obviously when I install it on it for the first time, everything is by default, so ¿how can I transfer, export, those saved custom filter settings, from Shotcut installed on my main pc, to shotcut installed on my new pc?

If you are referring to presets, they are saved to files that you can copy. While many of the files are generated from the stock presets, it is OK to copy them too. Please see this:
