Deleted file because of changing name of a file inside

Hi so I changed the name of a short clip inside my project and that whole part got INVALID and I firstly wonder how to get that back instead of doing everything from the beginning, Secondly, shotcut just crashed when I tried to open it after giving the same name on the short clip again, and then when I look in latest project and clicks on the one, then it just crashes again. It is also deleted from my files and can’t be found in the trash. I would be so grateful if someone could help me

Shotcut does not delete files. You should start your project over. Also read
