Cant export video

I just made a video on shotcut for the first time in like a month and for some reason it doesnt work. I tried to reinstall shotcut and got the same bug.

the jobs log says:

Have you tried without using the hardware encoder?

Other possible solutions can be found in this post.

As @Hudson555x says - try exporting without selecting the box to “Use Hardware Encoding”. Or, since several reports of this error seem to be related to having dual monitors attached, try using only 1 monitor, if this infact is your case.

That definitely means the hardware encoding is failing. It could be due to this project’s resolution or in addition to the other suggestions, sometimes it helps to reboot as simple remedy.
