User-defined filter parameter defaults

Currently using SC22.11.25 and it’s working OK for me but I’d like to set different default numerical values for certain filter parameters, particularly, the audio Normalize-2 Pass filter default loudness setting. It comes up as -23 dB. when the filter is launched and I want to set it to -15 for pretty much all of the videos I create for my media centre. Is there a way to have the value come up as a different value (e.g. -15 instead of -23) whenever the filter is launched? Cheers, Hugo.
