I tried to create a diashow with pictures of my holidays. But the pictures I tried to use have different sizes and different pixels. So it looks a bit weird. Then I came to the decisision that you cant see that if the background color of the Diashow would be white. But normaly its black in Shotcut. So I wann ask if someone knows how you can switch the background color to white?
There isn’t anything to switch, as there is no color on the bottom track. Adding a color to V1, and having your slideshow on V2 will get the result you’re looking for. It doesn’t have to be a color, as you could also use video, a photo or a design image, as the background.
Click Open Other, then Color. Click on Color …, then select the color you want. Drag from Source to timeline and place on V1.
