Alpha channel lost on export

When there are multiple tracks on the timeline,
the alpha channel is not reflected even if you export with [WebMVP9 with alpha channel].

Please tell me the workaround…

What is your operating system?
OS:Windows10 Pro 64bit

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?
shotcut:v20.11.28 (64bit) and v20.09.27(64bit)

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
■What I tried case

1. Overlaying clips that use the [WebM VP9 with alpha channel] file in the timeline disables the alpha channel
2. Adding text to a video that uses a [WebM VP9 with alpha channel] files disables the alpha channel
3. Adding color clips and Crop:Rectangle to videos that use [WebM VP9 with alpha channel] files disables the alpha channel
4. Adding color clips and Mask:SimpleShape to videos that use [WebM VP9 with alpha channel] files disables the alpha channel

Rendering a video with transparency

I’ve created a stinger transition for my streams but I’m having trouble rendering the transparency of the video so it works on OBS. I’ve used a chroma key on the stinger (To remove the greenscreen) with a transparent colour source in a track underneath, as shown here: [image] I’ve then exported the project using the “WebM VP9 with alpha channel” preset, then loaded it into OBS, however there is still a black background rather than transparency. Is there any way to fix this?
