Adding audio visualizer over image/audio?

Hi I just started using the program! I’m trying to add an audio visualizer over this photo that will have music playing in the background. However, I don’t see the visualizer when I play it. What am I doing wrong?

You added the visualization filter to track V1. But V1 has no audio. So the filter has nothing to visualize. You can create another video track above V1, add your audio to the video track, and apply the filter to that track.

OR, add your visualization to the “Output” track.
