Zoom in/out with fade video causes diagonal jitter

I am compiling a series of JPG photos in my timeline, fading video in and out with each photo. I am also using various zoom in/out and slow movement using the Size, Position, & Rotate filter. When I apply a zoom, the timeline section of the JPG that also has a fade applied gets diagonally skewed frames in between the clean ones. The zoom is clean where there is no fade. This does not seem to be a problem with slow move, just with zoom.
Any help is appreciated.

I reproduced this bug on OS X 10.11.6 with SC 20.09.27

This happens mainly when the Size position rotation filter is placed after the fade filters.
Apparently, placing the fade filters last will solve the problem.

I concur. If the fade filters come last on the list it does not seem to be a problem.
