Why is the deinterlacer option there even on progressive content?

Just curious why it shows up anyway.

The deinterlace process is not applied if the source is progressive. But we do not remove controls from the user interface if they do not apply because that can be confusing for users. So we leave the control and either disable it, or make it not do anything.
