Why I can't perform speech to text? My speech to text always failed

Hi all,

I tried tiny-q5, base-q5, & base.en-q5 model and all failed. (see the log) What happened with this? Can AI model run on old computer? (additional context below the picture)

Additional context:

I run Shotcut 25.08.16 on my old laptop (manufactured in 2012) with Lubuntu installed (I am new to Linux).

I can’t directly download from Shotcut’s Speect-to-text window because it always failed. Then I download the models from hugging face. Since I can’t (don’t know how to) copy the models to the /snap folders, I leave it in the download folder. Fortunately, I can choose the models from the Shotcut window. But, it always failed to perform the job.

Can AI model run on old computer?

Maybe not. It is somewhat dynamic about using instruction sets, but it has a minimum of Intel Core 2.

My laptop has i3 gen 2, probably not working/optimal to run the AI.
