Why can't I export my mp4

I created a video and edited it but for some reason it fails to export within the first 10 seconds of the process. This is the log file:

It seems like the graphic’s h264 encoder driver from your AMD graphic’s card fails under Windows.

You can try to update or downgrade the driver or Shotcut to get a working match again or use the x264 software encoder.
