Why can't I change the exported video resolution? It's grayed out

Hi @TAZUTRA

Click the Resample button.
Shotcut will ask you if you’d rather change the Video Mode instead.
Click on No
The Resolution, Aspect Ratio and Frame/sec areas will get un-grayed.

Note that this Resample button (and grayed settings) will be removed in the next version.
