Hi Alexhedley, Not sure about some of the problems you have but you could try going to the top “view” menu and selecting “Restore Default layout” to see if this gets your layout back in order. Someone more intelligent than me might be able to help with your other woes…

EDIT: I have been trying version 17.10 for a few days now and I have to report that I have also experienced major glitches and frequent hanging/freezing in playback and multiple crashes. I just reverted back to 17,08 and it seems much more stable. I wondered if anyone else has noticed this?
Windows 64 bit, Intel HD graphics.
