Where is the counter in 21.09.13

Watched online tutorials on how to use the “counter” feature/filter. I’m very new to Shotcut, and I am not able to find the counter. I find “count” in OPEN OTHER, but am unable to find counter. What am I doing wrong? Just installed 21.09.13, so I am sure things have changed since the how-to video was produced.

Guidance would be appreciated - thanks.

Oops! Just found what I was looking for. I want TIMER, not COUNTER. Sorry for the dumb mistake. Still trying to get my feet wet with Shotcut. There is a lot to learn, and not all is so intuitive.
