Where is Crop: Source

I cannot find this filter. All I see are Crop: Circle, and Crop:Rectangle

I found it when I left Video Mode unchanged. Whenever I change video mode it dissapears. My source is 1920x1080

I think it only works on a clip in timeline, you have to put your video there first (so not on trackhead, playlist, source or output).
