What is the latest Shotcut version compatible with Windows version 1607?

I am looking for the latest version of Shotcut that would run on Windows 1607. Which one is it?

I need the LATEST version of Shotcut that would run on 1607 (that’s Windows 10, not 8, let alone 7). But I guess the ridiculous advice (proposed earlier) to test each Shotcut version one by one looks like the only option at this point (after all).

OK, I checked the change history of the web site where I added minimum Windows 10 build is 1809. That was made on April 19th, 2025. In version 25.01 Qt library was updated to version 6.8 that has this minimum version requirement. However, Qt 6.5 also shows that. Shotcut version 24.02 release notes mention an upgrade to Qt 6.5, and the version prior to that is 24.01.28 I hope these help give you narrow it down.
