I am releasing music video tonight.
Shot in 24fps and the audio is 44.khz

Whats the best video setting?

Releasing on what platform? Lossless is best, but as an example, sending lossless to YouTube is overkill. Usually, the default settings are fine. If necessary, bump up the quality a few percent in the Advanced panel.

I am assuming that “best settings” refers to image quality, as opposed to smallest file size.
